Green sits in southern Summit County, right on the Stark County line between North Canton and Akron. It has grown fast, so a street of newer houses can sit next to a farmhouse that has had the same well for decades. That mix means two homes a mile apart can have very different water.
Many Green homes are on private wells, and that water is often hard and can carry iron. The signs are orange stains in sinks and toilets, rust on laundry, scale on fixtures, and sometimes a rotten-egg smell. When iron is the main problem, an iron filter or the Standard AIO system goes in first, with a softener behind it for the hardness.
Homes on public water deal mostly with hardness and chlorine. A softener stops the scale and spotting, and a whole-home carbon filter installed ahead of the softener takes out the chlorine taste and smell at every tap. We test the water at your address first, so the system fits what you actually have.
What we do on this route
In Green we install softeners, iron filters and the Standard AIO system for well water, whole-home carbon filtration, reverse osmosis for drinking water, and repair softeners already in place. Residential & light commercial customers are both welcome.
