North Lawrence is the unincorporated community in southwestern Lawrence Township, with the 44666 ZIP. It is not a city and it does not run its own water department. The crossroads was laid out in the 1850s. Lawrence Township’s hall is here, but the rest of the township — farms, Newman, Urban Hill, and the roads around Canal Fulton — is a separate page.
From the shop, North Lawrence is a short drive southwest. Houses sit along the road through the community and on lanes just off it. Some are on wells, some on a community supply. Sewer work in the area does not tell us what is coming out of the faucet. The free test is at the house.
Because it is a small place, the street name and a landmark are usually enough. If the softener is in a crawl space or a tight basement, say so when you call so the visit is planned for that.
What we do on this route
For a North Lawrence home we install or replace softeners, put reverse osmosis on the drinking water, use an air-injection filter for iron and smells, and repair a softener that has quit. A small-business stop in the community is the same shop and the same list.
